Ok.... finally the fence got fixed..... :-)Happy with the price and quality. The fence was fixed the same day the worker was very nice and understood all my concerns.
I can't say the fence looks bad because it doesn't, there are just some issues this company will not come and fix, it has been over a month and nothing. I tried to contact them on multiple occasions and so far no luck. :-( will change the review once I get my problems solved.
1. The fence is not straight. 2. There is multiple gaps along the whole fence, some are big enough that my neighbors trees and coming through. 3. There is a visible dent on the fence. 4. The fence is very loose, according to the company's inspector there was not enough cement added to hold the fence down

The fence itself was installed properly but the project management left a lot to be desired.
  • The team arrived late and was not fully prepared.
  • The team did not clean-up after themselves, they left a lot of vinyl shavings on my front porch, steps and driveway.
  • The worst was they left nails. I picked up a few and have 2 punctures in my car since the project.
They put a small placard with your company name on the front. I asked it to be removed because it is right in front as if someone namned "Sonsire Fence" lived in the house. Now the company informed me that the warranty is voided because the placard is removed. I even offered to put it on the side but that does not seem to satisfy the company.
Follow up - Jason from Sonrise contacted me to address the issues on 6/8/18 . He sent reimbursement for fixing the tire damage and extended the warranty without having to post the placard. This was a nice gesture, I like that they responded and corrected the issues

Sonrise Fence Co. did a superb job installing our SimTek fence. Forgive me for not mentioning the names of the guys who installed it but they did a great job putting in fencing on both sides of our yard. Took about two days and it looks beautiful!! We're very happy with the quality of the fence as well as the job Sonrise did installing it!! We've had the fencing for about a year now & it still looks as good as new Tisha S.

5.0 star rating 5/25/2018 Sonrise built a large (lengthy) fence with two gates around our property & did a great job. Starting with Joshua who came out to give us the quote. We got 3 quotes & by far Sonrise had the best product & price was competitive. The hard working crew (Johnny, Trysten & the entire crew) was friendly & professional. They cleaned up every day & the fence is exactly what we were hoping for. The two gates are perfectly installed & work flawlessly. Our neighbor who we shared cost with on one side was also very happy.
